How to care for your stainless steel pots

Many Fissler pots are dishwasher-safe. We still recommend Cleaning by hand.

1. Soak burnt-on residue with water and dish soap, then bring it briefly to a boil
2. Wipe out the cooled pot with a sponge and rinse with clean water
3. For stubborn dirt and discoloration on stainless steel pots, we recommend Fissler stainless steel care products

Use in the oven

Stainless steel is oven-safe for use in the oven. You can use pots from the Original-Profi Collection® for braising, for example, at temperatures up to 230 °C.
An exception is pots with plastic handles or Glass Lids. Pots with plastic handles are not oven-safe. Glass Lids are oven-safe up to 180 °C.

With a Cookware Set, you get several pot shapes and sizes at once, so that for every use and every portion size you have the right pot.

The 5-piece Fissler Cookware Sets presented here consist of three cooking pots (16, 20, 24 cm) and one Casserole Pot (20 cm) with a durable stainless steel or tempered glass lid. They also include a Saucepan (16 cm). However, many other set combinations are also available.
