Ingredients
| 800 g | Tortellini |
| 125 g | Mini mozzarella |
| 1 tbsp. | tomato paste |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 400 g | chopped tomatoes |
| oil (of your choice) | |
| 250 ml | cream |
| 100 ml | water |
| Season with pizza seasoning and salt to taste | |

Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Finely chop the onion and 1 garlic clove, then fry in a little oil.
Step 2 of 5:
Add 2 tbsp. tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with 400g chopped tomatoes, 250 ml cream, and 100 ml water. Season with pizza seasoning and salt, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Fold in 800 g refrigerated tortellini and top with 125 g mini mozzarella.
Step 4 of 5:
Now bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 20 - 25 minutes.
Step 5 of 5:
Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
