Ingredients
| 800g | sliced chicken |
| 1 tsp. | oil |
| 1 - 2 tsp. | sweet paprika |
| 1 tsp. | Italian chicken seasoning |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
| 2 | peppers |
| 2 tbsp. | tomato paste |
| 250ml | water |
| 250ml | cream (here: cream substitute with 7% fat) |
| 500g | spaetzle from the chilled section |
| salt, pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Heat oil in a large Frying Pan, sear the meat in it, and season.
Step 2 of 5:
Wash the peppers, cut into strips, and add to the chicken. Fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Add the tomato paste and cook briefly. Deglaze with water and cream, then bring to the boil.
Step 4 of 5:
Add the fresh spaetzle and stir in well. Simmer until the peppers are cooked to your preferred bite.
Step 5 of 5:
Season again with salt and pepper, then serve.
