Ingredients

1 kilo pork goulash
3 onions
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. medium-hot mustard
2 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. apple or balsamic vinegar
800 g chopped tomatoes
400 ml meat broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. hot paprika
1 tsp. curry
1 pinch nutmeg
some oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

Sear the meat in portions in the Vitavit® Premium, then remove it from the pot.

Step 2 of 5:

Cut the onions and peppers into large pieces and also sear them in the pressure cooker, then briefly sear the finely chopped garlic, tomato paste, and mustard.

Step 3 of 5:

Return the meat to the pot. Add honey, apple cider vinegar, chopped tomatoes, and beef broth.

Step 4 of 5:

Close the pot and set to cooking level 2. As soon as the yellow ring appears, reduce the heat. When the green ring appears, let the shashlik cook for approx. 20 minutes.
