Ingredients

250 g Frozen peas
100 g Cooked ham
1 tbsp. Butter
1 stalk Leek, finely diced
200 g Risotto rice
100 ml Prosecco (optional)
300 ml Vegetable stock
100 g Ricotta
3 tbsp. Herbs, chopped
80 g Parmesan, freshly grated
Salt
Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Step 1 of 7:

 

Trim the leek and chop it finely, then cut the ham into small pieces.

Step 2 of 7:

 

Heat the butter in the Pressure Cooker and gently sauté the ham and leek in it. Add the peas and fry briefly. Then add the risotto rice and toast it briefly.

Step 3 of 7:

 

Pour in the Prosecco and vegetable stock.

Step 4 of 7:

 

Close the Pressure Cooker according to the instructions, set the cooking valve in the Lid to level 2 (speed cooking setting), and bring the contents of the pot to the boil over full heat. As soon as the yellow ring becomes visible, reduce the heat.

Step 5 of 7:

 

When the green ring appears, the cooking time of 5 minutes begins.

Step 6 of 7:

 

At the end of the cooking time, release the steam from the Pressure Cooker according to the instructions and open it.

Step 7 of 7:

 

Fold the ricotta, grated Parmesan, and chopped herbs into the risotto. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
