Pajeon

Ingredients
| 3x | Frühlingszwiebeln |
| 1x | Möhre (ca. 100g) |
| 50 g | Weißkohl (besser Spitzkohl oder Chinakohl) |
| 120 g | Mehl |
| 2 EL | Speisestärke |
| 1x | Ei (M) |
| 245 ml | kaltes Wasser |
| 1 TL | Salz |
| Öl zum Braten | |
| Dip: | |
| 1x | kleine Knoblauchzehe |
| 3 EL | Sojasauce |
| 1 EL | Reisessig |
| 2 EL | Wasser |
| 1 TL | Sesam |
Instructions
Step 1 of 10:
Trim the spring onion and cut into fine rings.
Step 2 of 10:
Peel the carrot and grate it.
Step 3 of 10:
Wash the cabbage and cut into fine strips.
Step 4 of 10:
Whisk together the flour, starch, egg, water, and salt.
Step 5 of 10:
Add the chopped vegetables and mix well.
Step 6 of 10:
Heat oil in a Frying Pan and spread the batter evenly in it.
Step 7 of 10:
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Step 8 of 10:
Meanwhile, prepare the dip.
Step 9 of 10:
Finely chop the garlic and mix with soy sauce, water, vinegar, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
Step 10 of 10:
Turn the pancake out onto a plate, cut into small squares, and serve with the dip.
