Ingredients
| 500 g | Gnocchi aus dem Kühlregal |
| 300 g | Hackfleisch nach Wahl |
| 1 | Stange Lauch |
| 200 g | Sahne Schmelzkäse |
| 200 ml | Wasser |
| 1 TL | Salz |
| eine | gute Prise Pfeffer |
| 1-2 TL | Gemüsebrühenpulver |
| 1 EL | Öl zum Anbraten |
Instructions
Step 1 of 3:
Heat oil in the Frying Pan and fry the mince until crumbly, season it, add the leek cut into rings, and fry briefly.
Step 2 of 3:
Then stir in the processed cheese and the water and let it simmer gently for 2 minutes.
Step 3 of 3:
Now add the gnocchi and let everything continue to simmer until they are cooked through, which takes about 3-5 minutes.
