Ingredients

1 Onion
125g Cubed ham
Some butter
250g kale
400g Potatoes (Preferably waxy)
300ml Vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
Optional: A little mustard

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

Dice the onion finely. Melt a little butter in the Frying Pan and sauté the onion in it. Add the diced ham and fry it briefly as well.

Step 2 of 5:

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes as well, and fry them in the Frying Pan until golden brown.

Step 3 of 5:

Meanwhile, wash the kale, tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces, and then add it to the Frying Pan. First reduce the temperature of the Frying Pan so the kale does not burn. Cook the kale briefly over medium heat, then deglaze with the vegetable stock.

Step 4 of 5:

Let the ingredients simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until they are cooked through.

Step 5 of 5:

Season the kale Frying Pan with salt, pepper, and optionally a little mustard, and serve directly in the Frying Pan.
