Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Brown the minced meat in a little olive oil in the Fissler Vitavit® Premium Pressure Cooker. It should be nicely browned and have a crumbly texture. (TIP – we usually brown the minced meat in several batches so it does not release water)
Step 2 of 6:
Add all the spices, tomato paste, and onion wedges and roast briefly for approx. 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 of 6:
Deglaze with the stock, a little lime juice, and the tomatoes, then add the garlic cloves.
Step 4 of 6:
Close the Pressure Cooker and select Cooking Levels 3. Heat on the highest hob setting until the temperature indicator ring reaches "yellow". Then reduce the temperature and cook for 15 minutes when the temperature indicator ring is "green".
Step 5 of 6:
Remove the Pressure Cooker from the hob and release the pressure. Open the pot, add the beans and pumpkin pieces, and stir well. Close the pot again, set Cooking Levels 1, increase the temperature again, then cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6 of 6:
Serve with sour cream, coriander, and a little baguette or rice.
