Ingredients

200 g fresh wild garlic
80 g blanched almonds
75 g Parmesan in chunks + a little extra for sprinkling
150 ml Olive oil + a little extra for storage
300 g Gnocchi from the refrigerated section
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1 of 4:

Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake off a little of the water, and roughly chop it. (If the stems are too thick, trim them off if needed.)

Step 2 of 4:

Blend together with the almonds, Parmesan, and olive oil until it reaches your desired consistency. Personally, I prefer it a little chunkier.

Step 3 of 4:

Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Step 4 of 4:

Either cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions or pan-fry them until crispy in a Frying Pan. Serve with the pesto and a little Parmesan.
