Ingredients
| 320 g | Weizenmehl |
| 1 | gehäufter TL Backpulver |
| 1 | gestrichener TL Salz |
| 250 g | Naturjoghurt oder griechischer Joghurt (3,5 % Fett) |
| 1 EL | Olivenöl |
| 3 | Knoblauchzehen gepresst |
| 1 | kleine Handvoll gehackte Petersilie |
| 25 g | weiche Butter |
| Etwas | Öl zum Anbraten |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add the yogurt, olive oil, and 1 garlic clove and knead everything into a dough. Shape into a ball and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 5:
Mix the butter with the 2 garlic cloves and the parsley.
Step 3 of 5:
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out into 4 flatbreads on a little flour.
Step 4 of 5:
Heat the oil in the Frying Pan and fry the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side. When it starts to bubble and is lightly browned underneath, you can turn it over.
Step 5 of 5:
Brush the breads with the garlic butter while still hot.
