Ingredients
| 100 g | Minced beef |
| 8 | Potatoes |
| 200 g | Emmental cheese |
| 2 | Tomatoes |
| sour cream | |
| Spring onions | |
| Black pepper, salt, curry powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, olive oil, lemon juice, grapeseed oil to taste |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Mix the minced beef with the spices in a large bowl.
Step 2 of 5:
Heat grape seed oil in a Levital+® pan. Add the ground beef to the pan and fry until it is golden brown and dry. Set aside and let cool. Wipe out the pan with kitchen paper.
Step 3 of 5:
Grate the potatoes and the Emmental cheese. Mix the potatoes, cheese, beef and curry seasoning with a little salt in a bowl.
Step 4 of 5:
Heat the grape seed oil and add a ladleful of the potato mixture to the pan. Fry both sides until golden brown.
Step 5 of 5:
Halve the tomato, remove the seeds, and roughly chop it. Combine the tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and toss gently. Arrange the potato pancakes and meatballs on a plate and top with sour cream and sliced spring onions.
Fissler Pro Tips:
- Instead of Emmental cheese, you can also use Gouda or pizza cheese. Since each cheese has a different salt content, it is advisable to add a little salt to the mixture.
- Potatoes and cheese can be easily grated with a vegetable grater.
