Ingredients

1 kilo chicken breast
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 can Coconut milk (400 ml)
250 g passata (strained tomatoes)
100 ml Vegetable broth
1 tsp freshly chopped ginger
2 tsp Masala spice
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 a good pinch of salt
Some oil for frying
1 handful freshly chopped coriander
Optional 2-3 tsp cornstarch for thickening

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 2 of 5:

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, then stir in the coconut milk, stock, and tomatoes. Add all the spices, a good pinch of salt, and the meat.

Step 3 of 5:

Close the lid and set the vitavit to level 1. As soon as the yellow ring appears on the cooking crown, reduce the heat slightly. As soon as the green ring appears, the cooking time of about 15 minutes begins.

Step 4 of 5:

Remove the pot from the heat, let off steam, and remove the lid. Taste again and thicken with cornstarch if needed.

Step 5 of 5:

Stir in the freshly chopped coriander and serve.
