| 1 tsp | oil |
| 400g | ground beef |
| 1 tsp | ground beef seasoning |
| 1 tsp | paprika, sweet |
| salt, pepper | |
| 1 | tomato |
| 2 - 3 | spoons Danish cucumber salad for hot dogs and burgers (alternative: pickles) |
| 100g | grated cheese |
| Sauce: | |
| 200ml | passata |
| 150ml | water |
| 100ml | cream (here: cream substitute with 7% fat) |
| 2 tbsp | pickle brine |
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| salt, pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Peel the onion as well and cut it into slices.
Step 2 of 5:
Heat oil in an ovenproof Frying Pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Season everything and remove it. Fry the onion rings in the Frying Pan until golden brown and remove them as well. Add the diced potatoes to the Frying Pan and fry for 5 - 8 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and slice the tomato. Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce.
Step 4 of 5:
Now spread the minced meat and onion rings over the potatoes. Place the tomato and cucumber slices on top and pour over the sauce.
Step 5 of 5:
Cover with cheese and bake on the middle shelf for 40 - 50 minutes. After about 30 minutes, cover with the Lid (alternatively aluminium foil) so that the cheese does not get too dark. Then divide between plates and enjoy.
