Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut the beef tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Mix and marinate the beef with the coriander, cumin, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
Step 2 of 5:
Cut the bell pepper and onion into the same size as the beef and thread onto a skewer.
Step 3 of 5:
Heat the Ceratal® Comfort without oil, place the flatbread on it, and bake until done. Then heat the grapeseed oil in the pan and fry the skewers over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 4 of 5:
Prepare the tzatziki sauce: remove the seeds from the cucumber, dice it finely, and squeeze out the water with a kitchen towel. Chop the dill and garlic, then add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Step 5 of 5:
Place the skewers and the tzatziki sauce on the flatbread and sprinkle with dill.
Fissler Pro Tips:
When preparing tzatziki sauce, the goal is to draw the moisture out of the cucumber. Since the core contains a lot of moisture and has a mushy texture, it is better to remove the cucumber core from the center and then chop it.
