Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Peel 2 carrots, 1 parsnip, and the onion. Roughly chop 1/2 pumpkin, the carrots, and the parsnip into pieces, and quarter the onion.
Step 2 of 6:
Add the vegetables and spices (1 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, curry, and cumin) to the Pressure Cooker, top up with 750ml water, close it, and set the third Cooking Levels. When the green ring appears, cook the vegetables for 30 minutes.
Step 3 of 6:
Remove the Pressure Cooker from the hob, release the steam, and open it.
Step 4 of 6:
Add oil to the cooked mixture, blend until smooth, and season with salt and pepper. If needed, add a little water until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 5 of 6:
Toast 50 g hazelnuts in the Frying Pan without oil and roughly chop them. Finely chop the tomatoes. Finely chop the chives.
Step 6 of 6:
Arrange the spread on the plate, decorate with dried tomatoes, hazelnuts, and chives, and drizzle with a little hazelnut oil.
